The Indian wedding Menu calls for discussion among family member’s extended family and the caterers. It is the most confronted issue prior to wedding.  What to serve and how to serve is the most challenging issue. The variety and its presentation should be such that tickles the salivary glands on sight. Add a novelty to presentation and your event will be a successful one. Get kiosks installed for chaat, pani-puri etc. Serve chaat and pappri in martini glasses. Food trucks for burgers, rolling trolley for ice creams, are some of the ideas for which add interest to eats and children elders, and adults all enjoy the eats. Near the pheri venue have kiosk of popcorn. Late night munching is valuable. This idea can be used for cocktail and mehendi ceremony.  So be innovative. However, make sure the snacks do not soil the fingers and whatever you serve should be convenient.  The sight of food and its presentation should incite hunger pangs.
