  • Reboot Your Orbi Device

If your Orbi router is continuously flashing purple, reboot your Orbi router immediately. To know how to do that, walk through the instructions mentioned below:

  • Unplug the Orbi from the power source and pull out all the cables attached to it.

  • Then, wait patiently for about 20 to 30 seconds and plug your Orbi back into the power source.

  • Press the Power button and let the LED light become stable.

  • Contact Your Internet Service Provider
