MAIN CONTENT:In Path of Exile, there is an abundance of possible builds, and nearly all Path of Exile fans know it is very difficult to narrow it down to only a couple. That said, I strived to concentrate on some Ranger setups created by our lovely community, that you might find would be very entertaining. From my perspective, after a lot of researches and some personal trials and errors, these are the most efficient to tackle Echoes of the Atlas’ content right now. And credits go to the creators of those builds, therefore, be sure to check them while you are looking at our Best Ranger builds, for the time being, and also for Ritual League.
①: The very first one is: Deadeye: Crit Based Elemental Hit
I remembered that I have already spoken about this specific build, in our ‘Path of Exile Best Builds‘ guide, therefore, I will not take too much time with this one. As you can see, Elemental Hit is its core, apparently, this setup is a very popular choice for those high-end players. A solid kit, which heavily scales with its investment, so make sure to go all-in if you determine on this one. Fast clear times, versatility, and huge single-damage are present, therefore, you can’t go wrong with it.
However, the build resides on the more expensive side, requiring a lot of resources to grow to monstrous degrees. Its Ascendancy though, Deadeye, could make your a wrecking machine really fast, which in result would lead you to clearing maps with ease, sending you to end game content much faster. Do you know where I am going with this? Yep, expensive, however, offers you the tools for making a fortune and Path of Exile Currency, also, included, to spend afterward.
②: The second one is: Pathfinder: Kinetic Blast/Power Siphon
In Path of Exile, this infamous Kinetic Blast. Of course, it needs no introduction, just as Pathfinder Rangers notice themselves with another great tool at their disposal. Thinking of this specific skill, well, there only one thing that comes to mind. And that is SPEED. As you might see that Kinetic Blast is able to exterminate packs of enemies with ease, generally speaking, that is in less than an instant, and we have to admit that Kinetic Blast is a fan favorite for those people who want to go fast in Path of Exile. Of course, it succeeds gloriously on that part, with its only disadvantage being its single target efficiency. Hence, why we also utilize Power Siphon in this build, just in order to make amend for the only drawback our mob clearer has.
This build, however, is a well fit for any mode in Path of Exile: Echoes Of The Atlas, with its only catch being not too user-friendly. Moreover, it requires a great knowledge of different aspects of the game, including Flask management and more. Apart from that, this game is more of a late bloomer, with the early stages found a little difficult to handle due to how squishy you can be. However, no worries, because the investment will show its results in the endgame, once you reach level 80 and above, where the power of this build truly unleashes. Last but not least, being a wand skill, this is a path that is not traversed by a lot of players out there, making it a perfect choice for someone who wants to see what this underrated weapon type can do.
③: The third one is: Pathfinder: Poison Scourge Arrow
Have you ever played a Ranger that felt more like a warlock or an occult mage? If you have not, then right now is the time. Here comes the fact that Scourge Arrow is the pillar of this build, and that means you will not be hitting big numbers with direct hits, because poison and chaos damage will do the trick for you. The strange thing is, the skillset provided for this setup makes you quite tanky as well, which is a second ‘first’ for the Class of Ranger. Moreover, to some extent, it is semi-friendly and most of the equipment needed could be noticed quite easily. For any piece that is difficult to obtain, this guide found within the website offers a decent walkthrough as to how to get them.
Right now, the vital thing about this build is that it is really interesting to play and quite safe for starters. Also quite easy to learn, therefore, selecting to follow its venomous methods, is definitely acceptable and efficient. Do not think since this build is for beginners and that means you will not be able to earn enough PoE Currency for granted. The fact is if you really master this build, then you can say goodbye to buying PoE Currency forever, especially when you are a beginner, and that would help a lot in-game.
Path of Exile: Echoes Of The Atlas expansion right now is still in its early phases, therefore, we will be keeping this list short for now. Why did you ask that? Well, simply put, since we still don’t have enough data for some more efficient Ranger builds to show at this moment. Indeed, there are many that the community have already tried, of course, and many that you can experiment with, however, I am presenting you here the very best you can find right now. Behind a setup, there is a lot of research and practice to see if something really works, therefore, give it time and a multitude of other builds will be introduced soon. In regards to Rangers, Raider seems the more lackluster for now, however, fortunately, we will see in the near future what Path of Exile has in store for us. Isn’t that very exciting?
