What Herbal Sleeping Tablets Should You Buy

Last night I went to sleep – yes, that’s right. I clambered into bed and fell asleep. All was very painless. No tossing and turning, no waking up in the night. I just fell into a snooze and awoke in the morning.  The reason why I am mentioning this is that none of this would have happened without my herbal sleeping tablets. For years, I have had issues sleeping, along with the rest of the world. This got a whole lot worse this year with increased anxiety caused by this little pandemic and the fear of global contagion. Thankfully, midway through the year I found myself some extremely effective herbal sleeping tablets – they truly are the best sleeping tablets in the UK I’ve tried yet.

In fact, I’d so highly recommend them to any of you who need help falling asleep or want to have better quality sleep, that I am writing a post about it! So I want to use this post to tell you why these herbal sleeping tablets are just so great.

First off, which ones are they? The herbal sleeping tablets I now religiously use are the Paso Sleep Capsules. They must be fairly new to the market given that I have just come across them and I have embarked on extensive research to date.

So why do I like these particular sleeping tablets so much? Here are a few reasons:

1. They are made from natural ingredients

The Paso Sleep Capsules are made from a blend of natural ingredients such as chamomile extract, magnesium, lavender, and Montmorency cherry. All have been specifically selected due to the role they can have with sleep. Some of the ingredients are to relax and calm you so that you drift off more easily whilst others are used to help you sleep deeper and better regulate your sleep cycle.

2. They are sleep aid tablets

What do I mean by this? Well, rather than being a sleeping pill that knocks you for six, they aid you with your natural sleep processes. Sleep is one of the most important components to a healthy lifestyle as it is when many of your body’s most important functions and processes take place. Our body needs sleep to function correctly and effectively – that is why humans go to bed at the end of each day. This means our body is already wired to do what it needs to do, so we don’t need to change or block that, we just might need to help it do what it does a bit better. Hence why a sleep aid is great to enhance what we are already doing.

3. They are well priced

For £18 you get a bottle of 60 tablets. Which is pretty great value!

4. I love the brand!

Any questions I’ve had so far, they’ve been super responsive and helpful. Not only do they seem friendly and down to earth, but the brand itself is extremely cool. Their packaging is far better than many other herbal sleeping tablets in the UK

5. They work!

Whilst, I’ve left this last, this is honestly the main reason. It took a couple of weeks to feel the effects, but they definitely do work. They have really helped me drift off at the end of the day (despite all that is going on), but even more importantly I know that I am sleeping better.

Whilst I really would suggest giving them a go if you are having issues with sleep, you can’t forget basic sleep hygiene. Herbal sleeping tablets aren’t a silver bullet – it does not mean that you can continue to neglect your sleep. They will help you sleep better, but you still need to make sleep a priority and give it the time it deserves. We should all be getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night – having less than that consistently greatly impacts our minds and bodies.
