The Exams You Need To Pass To Get A Real Estate License In North Carolina

After you’ve completed the approved training, you can apply for your real estate license. The state requires you to pass two exams before you can get your license. 

The first exam is the National Assessment of Real Estate Agent Competencies. This exam will cover your skills to succeed as a real estate agent. After completing the training, you’ll have 90 days to take and pass the exam. The second exam is called the North Carolina Real Estate Brokerage Examination. After completing the training, you’ll have 60 days to take and pass the exam.
