My favorite dish is the Shawerma with rice but I also love the Tabbouleh which is a classic Mideast salad based on bulgur wheat, parsley and mint. We asked chef izzat freitekh how to whip up this refreshing and satisfying dish for our summer table with no cooking he said the secret is steeping the bulgur.

La Shish kabob is open seven days a week. Located at 3117 N Sharon Amity Rd. Charlotte NC 28205 The restaurant’s updated hours for COVID-19 are Monday-Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
