Everyone envies the bodies of bodybuilders and yearns to become like them. But, let me warn you the journey of becoming the world’s top 10 bodybuilders is not an easy one. It certainly requires a lot of hard work and patience.

Here’s a list of the world’s top 10 bodybuilders:

  1. Ronnie Coleman

Ronnie Coleman achieved the first Mr. Olympia title in the year 1998. He had an amazing body which is why he tops the list.Let’s get to know him a little better. His competition weight is 297 lbs whereas his off season weight is 330 lbs. It would be interesting to know that his chest size is 58 inches and arms size is 24 inches.

  1. Lee Haney

He managed to achieve size as well as conditioning. He never fails to stun people with his 8- pack abs. He was nicknamed as Total-Lee Awesome and his competition weight is 245 lbswhich is 20 lbs less than his off season weight.

  1. Arnold Schwarzenegger

He has the incredible blend of muscularity and personality due to which he became a famous movie star as well as the governor of California. He got one of the most head turner personalities amongst other bodybuilders. He has a great chest size of 57 inches. His nickname was The Austrian Oak.

He is famous for his stunning physique. He won Mr. Olympia title for 3 years consecutively from 1977 to 1979. He defeated Arnold Schwarzenegger in one of the competitions. His most famous characteristics include wide shoulders and v- taper waist. His off season weight is 25 lbs more than competition weight. You’ll be amazed to know his nickname,he’s called The Chemist by his loved ones.

One thing that distinguishes Franco Columbu from other body builders is that he was popularly known as Arnold’s training partner. He won Mr. Olympia titles in 2 years, i.e., 1967 and 1981. Franco also won the title of a power lifter in one of the world championships. The movie ‘terminator’ featured him and lead him to become an actor in Hollywood. He became the most strongest man in 1977 after lifting the heavy refrigerator on his back.

Larry Scot is a famous bodybuilder. He achieved his stupendous physique by working hard on his body. He always used to say that one can achieve it by being patient. He won many titles for his amazing physique.He was nicknamed as The Legend and The Golden Boy.
