  • Hibiscus leaves- 20 crushed

  1. Coconut oil Therapy
  • Warm coconut oil- 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice- 2 tsp
  • One complete Orange juice
Mix the warm coconut oil with lemon juice and orange juice. Massage your scalp and hair with the oil. Then cover your hair with a soft towel for an hour. Rinse with mild shampoo.
  1. Fenugreek Shampoo
  • Fuller’s earth- 2 tsp
  • Fenugreek Paste- 2 tsp
  • Mint Juice- 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice- 2 tsp
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and use the product as a replacement for your shampoo. You will find difference in your hair. Hair becomes soft, shinier and strong than before. It is better to use such homemade shampoos than using the shampoos that are filled with chemicals.
  1. Henna
  • Natural Henna Powder- 4-5 tbsp (depends upon the length of the hair)
  • Hibiscus powder- 2 tbsp
  • Egg white- 1
  • Curd- 2 tsp
  • Tea decoction- required quantity to mix the henna
Mix henna powder, hibiscus powder in a bowl and add tea decoction to it. Make a thick paste and let it sit for 8 to 10 hours. You can mix the paste a night before you apply it to your hair. Add egg white and curd just before you apply it to your hair. Apply henna from scalp to tip of your hair without leaving one strand. Keep it on your hair for 2 to three hours till it is dry (as this is monsoon it will take more time). Clean it with lukewarm water; do not use the shampoo on same day. Next day rinse your hair with shampoo. Henna has various benefits and makes hair stronger as well as smoother. Applying this mask once is two weeks will surely shows you some productive results.
  1. Potato Pack
  • Potato- 1
  • Honey- 1 tsp
  • Water- 1 tsp
Peel off the skin of potato and cut it small pieces. Ground the pieces and make a puree of it. You can add water if the puree is too thick. Take a muslin cloth and strain the entire paste. You will get potato juice from it. Add a teaspoon of water and honey for this juice and apply it to hair. Let it sit for thirty minutes and wash off with a mild shampoo .
